Who is Chris ?

We don't know who of our email counsellors will be answering each email so we decided to have a name that would work for all of us. So "Chris" was born.

Your emails may be answered by different email counsellors, however we each care and have the same intention of reaching out to you and providing support through email.

Email Counsellor Training
Each counsellor who replies to you has completed our main counselling training and has at least 6 months telephone counselling experience. Then they complete our email counselling training and begin replying to your emails with ongoing supervision.
